My name's Emily. I am an aspiring Culinary Arts Major at La'Academie de Cusine. Currently I'm just a Sous Chef at the local tea bistro and a life hating waitress at Chili's Grill and Bar.

I love: animals, tea, coffee, knitting, friendship, all forms of art from performing to visual, strength training, biking, reading, community service and Adam West.

So, you'll most likely see an assortment of those things on this blog page, along with anything else I enjoy and you're just going to have to deal with it.
